Missed Appointments

We apologise if you have had to wait for your appointment. In February 2016, 2968 minutes (50 hours) and in November 2016, 2620 minutes (44 hours) of clinical time was wasted when people did not attend for their booked appointments. Please remember to cancel by telephone or online - even on the day we can usually offer to someone else in need.
